Speak Shine Academy was founded by language teachers and recruiters who kept meeting brilliant people held back by hesitation. We built the coaching we wished they had.

Our story
Built from thousands of hours of live teaching
We started in 2016 with a single evening spoken English batch of nine students. Most of them could read and write well but froze the moment they had to speak.
That gap between knowledge and performance shaped everything we teach today: speaking time in every session, honest correction, and progress you can actually measure.
Today our trainers coach students, graduates, job seekers and corporate teams across English, French and interview preparation — still in small batches, still live.
